For businesses

Moonlight is a tool for online stores. By signing up you confirm that you act for your business, not as a consumer. Consumer rights to cancel a distance purchase therefore do not apply.

Subscription and payment

Moonlight costs €500 a month, plus VAT where it applies. A new account starts with a 7-day free trial. Your card is saved at the start; you are charged the first month when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then. If you do not connect your store during the trial, we cancel it before you are charged. The subscription renews every month until you cancel it.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Purchases are sold through Link, Stripe’s merchant-of-record service, which calculates and collects the tax and sends your receipts and invoices.

You can cancel at any time in Moonlight under Settings → Subscription → Manage billing, or through Link. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Periods already paid are not refunded, except where the law or Link’s refund rules require it.

If a payment fails, we keep your account open for seven days while you update your card. After that, new scans, AI work and imports stop until payment is made; everything already in your account stays readable.

We announce price changes at least 30 days ahead by email. A new price applies from your first renewal after that date; you can cancel before it does. Accounts we gave access to free of charge or with an access code are not charged unless we agree otherwise with you.

Features have the usage limits shown in the app, such as the number of product imports per day.

Research

Research results identify products to investigate. They do not establish ownership, a supplier relationship or authenticity. You are responsible for the content you import and indemnify ColdSilver against claims that arise from it.

Your store

You connect Moonlight to your Shopify store through an app you create in your own Shopify account. Keep that app installed and its client secret valid; Moonlight cannot work for your store without it. Shopify can change or limit what such apps may do, and that can affect Moonlight.

Review product facts, prices, variants, text and photos before publishing. Imports can make products available for sale; enabled automations can make further changes. You remain responsible for your listings, product safety, supplier arrangements and fulfillment. Research scores and sales estimates are not guarantees of sales or profit.

Responsibility

We work to keep Moonlight running and accurate, but provide it as it is, without a guarantee that it is always available or free of errors. ColdSilver is not liable for lost profit, lost revenue or indirect damage. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the event that caused the damage. This does not limit liability for intent or deliberate recklessness.

We may suspend or end an account that does not pay, misuses Moonlight or breaks these terms; where we can, we warn you first. ColdSilver is solely responsible for Moonlight, its support and its handling of your data as described in our Privacy policy. Shopify is not liable for Moonlight or its use of merchant data, and does not provide support for it.

Report misuse or request help

Contact info@coldsilver.nl with the source URL and the material concerned. We investigate reports and may restrict misuse or remove content where appropriate. Do not use Moonlight to infringe intellectual property rights or bypass another service’s access controls.

Changes and law

We may change these terms. For a change that matters to you we give at least 30 days’ notice by email; continuing to use Moonlight after that means you accept it, and you can cancel before it applies. Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in The Hague, the Netherlands.
